Yes, Stay Apartments fully complies with the Good Landlordship Act. We ensure that all tenants are treated fairly, respectfully, and in accordance with current laws and regulations. Transparency, clear communication, and fair rental terms are at the heart of everything we do.

Rental Terms & Conditions

What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is two calendar months, both for long-term rentals and Short Stay.
The notice period is one calendar month.
The deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
No, the deposit cannot be used to pay the last month’s rent. It is intended to cover any potential damages to the property.
Yes, it’s possible to extend your rental contract, depending on the availability of the apartment. Make sure to contact us in time to explore the options.
Subletting is generally not allowed. We recommend contacting us directly to discuss any specific situations.
Yes, that’s possible. Viewings can be arranged remotely, so you don’t have to spend time travelling.

Apartments & Facilities

Are the apartments and studios furnished?
Stay Apartments offers both furnished and unfurnished apartments and studios.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in most of our properties, unless stated otherwise. Please contact us to inquire about specific possibilities.
Wi-Fi is generally included in our Furnished Housing apartments. For other properties, this may vary. Please contact us for more information about the specific facilities included with each apartment.
With Furnished Housing rentals, tenants can request additional services such as weekly or monthly cleaning. Upon departure, a final cleaning fee of €50 applies.

Payment & Costs

No, there are no agency fees when you rent a property through Stay Apartments.
